Remote Assistance

Our support team uses for 24/7 secure remote support access to key customer systems running our software. Customers can have the peace of mind of knowing we jump in immediately when needed.

In certain support situations, it may be necessary for our technicians to remotely access another computer. In these cases, the NHM technician will provide you with a custom ID code, which can be used at the link below to start a temporary remote session:

Updates & Upgrades

Updates and upgrades for NHM supplied software is included with a current support and maintenance contract. Please contact NHM's Technical Support Staff to discuss your upgrade options.

Note: You are entitled to basic phone support as part of your current support/maintenance agreement. 24/7 support is available and accessed using an 800 number and a special code - provided with your 24/7 support agreement - if you can not find your 24/7 number and code, please contact support and we will provide it to you.
